I had such a lovely time at this site, we camped but there was a big round house with a log burner and also some bell tents that were available if you don'twant to take your own kit. The reason I chose this site was because they allowed campfires and each pitch had it's own fire pit. The toilets were clean and there was a big area for washing dishes. The scenery at this site was amazing and I would definitely return.
Absolutely fantastic camp site. Little stream through the middle in a beautiful valley. Staff friendly. Pitches nice and flat. Shop on site. Male and female toilet, 2 showers all clean (though a few spiders knocking about! No complaints from me!) Warm water in the sink and a small kitchen area to clean pots. Will 100% stay again!
Spent 2 nights at this site with a group of fri new and had a great time. Incredibly welcoming atmosphere. Shawn greeted us on the way in and ran through everything wed need, showed us the facilities etc. Didnt feel like anything was too much hassle for him.View was lovely, facilities were great. Dog was damn cute. Will definitely go back!
What a beautiful little campsite, all amenities and close to all South lakes activities. I am certainly going to book again. Shaun/Sean the campsite warden was an absolute pleasure and nothing was a problem. Thank you for a lovely week sharing the farm with your animals. Mrs Tyson
Lovely little campsite with spectacular views. It is very secluded, but not a long drive to the nearest town.Owners are very friendly.Facilities are not too bad. There's a little shop on site & a little cafe which supplies breakfasts, cakes n treats. Fantastic place to chill & unwind
